Practice mainly treats seizures, headaches, developmental delays, CP and muscle issues. Practice has Baclofen pump, Botox, EEG, EMG/NCV studies and EMU monitoring capabilities. Volume is 50-60 referrals a week with 15-18 patients daily, and 7-on/7-off call schedule. Very competitive compensation package with base salary, worked RVUs/productivity and quality incentives.

Emergency Medicine physician
Employed position at 75-bed emergency department and Level I Trauma/Regional Referral Center with 145,000 patient visits annually. Excellent compensation package including above MGMA average salary with RVU-based incentives, paid vacation, CME allowance, health and life insurance, malpractice insurance, and 401k plan with employer contribution. Hospital has 24/7 in-house hospitalist, radiology, cardiology, trauma, orthopedic and neurosurgical coverage.

The new outpatient clinic is in a hospital-owned space with state-of-the-art equipment in a recently-constructed building situated in a thriving community.
Employed primary care position with a very competitive base salary, RVU-based incentives and benefits. Practice treats 20-25 patients per day, per physician and uses an electronic medical record system. This is an established, hospital-owned practice on the campus of the Madison Hospital with primary care physicians and mid-level support. Hospitalist service covers inpatient work.
Maternal Fetal Medicine
Employed position with an established, comprehensive MFM program. Consultative practice that offers first trimester screening, comprehensive fetal sonography, echocardiography, CVS, amniocentesis and PUBS. Active pre-term birth prevention program boasts high volume co-management of maternal diabetes and other medical disorders with exceptional support staff. Excellent compensation and benefits package including health/dental/malpractice insurance, CME allowance, paid vacation and 401k with employer match.
Established employed group seeking an additional physician to join staff. This practice was established more than 10 years ago. There are currently two board certified physicians, nurse practitioners and shared call would be 1:6 days/weekends. This is a traditional Neurology opportunity with a mix of inpatient, outpatient and movement disorders. Excellent salary and benefits package including health, dental, disability and malpractice insurance, 401K, CME allowance and paid vacation. The practice is located in a medical professional tower attached to the hospital.
Occupational Medicine physician
Seeking board certified physician for one of Huntsville Hospital’s ambulatory clinics. Currently there are three physicians and mid-level support in the group. Employed position offers no call, weekends or holidays, competitive salary and benefits. This practice sees 20-30 patients per day, mostly workmans compensation and physicals. On-site lab and X-ray. Practice uses an electronic medical record system.
Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician
Employed position with a dedicated 16-bed pediatric emergency department with 30,000 annual visits. Located in a stand-alone women and children’s hospital with an average 5,000 births and 16,000 admissions each year. Onsite 11-bed PICU, 45-bed Level III NICU, 40-bed pediatric unit and one of only six St. Jude Affiliate Clinics nationwide. Position requires 15 nine-hour shifts per month and offers excellent compensation.
Employed position at stand-alone women and children’s hospital with 11-bed PICU rated as one of the top 50 pediatric programs in the nation. Two current full-time BC Pediatric Intensivists. Position requires ten 24-hour shifts per month.
Position with an established, comprehensive Pediatric Surgery program that serves a 1.25 million draw area in northern Alabama and southern Tennessee. Excellent pediatric-sub specialty support is available at Huntsville Hospital for Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children. Case mix mostly consists of tumor removal, neonatology cases and bread and butter pediatric surgery. In-office procedures include small incisions/drainages, extra digit removals and foreign body removals. The opportunity offers the possibility to pursue some academics via research and/or clinical trials with University of Alabama at Birmingham.
