Huntsville Hospital's Corporate University is the home of north Alabama’s largest certified American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center. The Training Center staff provides a full range of CPR and life-saver courses to both hospital employees and the community.
We provide a comprehensive range of life support classes on our class newsletter.
- Basic Life Support (CPR)
Please register 60 to 90 days prior to the date of the class. - CPR Equipment Rental Form
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
Please note: Students will receive BLS during their ACLS/PALS course. You will have to demonstrate your BLS skills and take the written exam.

Customized course delivery
The AHA Training Center also offers the self-paced HeartCode computer-based ACLS and PALS recertification in the Corporate University facility. Additionally, the Training Center instructor network can provide additional class services and training opportunities.
