The Huntsville Hospital Foundation was established in 1978 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to develop relationships and financial resources in support of Huntsville Hospital. It is through the generosity of individuals, corporations and organizations that Huntsville Hospital is able to provide a margin of excellence for its patients. Now, more than ever, our hospital relies on philanthropic support to provide the cutting-edge equipment and invaluable programs that are so critical to its success. Your gifts do make a difference in the lives of our patients!

The Foundation accepts gifts on Huntsville Hospital's behalf and works to fund both present and future equipment and program needs. Contributions of any amount are gratefully accepted and may be unrestricted gifts or designated for a specific hospital unit or program. Contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible, with 100% of all gifts benefiting the hospital program or department designated by its donors.

There is no finer or more appropriate gift than one which offers health and hope to others. A gift to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation is a gift to our community. We invite you to partner with us in giving the gift of life to our patients!

Huntsville Hospital Foundation Development Council
The mission of the Development Council is to assist the Foundation in identifying, cultivating and educating constituencies in the community and to create a network of informed advocates for the healthcare programs of Huntsville Hospital.

Professional Advisory Council
The Professional Advisory Council includes local estate planning professionals who advise and assist the Foundation with its Planned Giving Program.

Women's Advisory Council
The Women's Advisory Council was established in 2001. Council members critique existing services, identify programs and services that will enhance Huntsville Hospital, and serve as advocates in the community.

Huntsville Hospital Foundation and Huntsville Hospital produce numerous publications designed to inform the community about the programs and services of the Foundation and Huntsville Hospital.

Source is mailed quarterly. Each issue contains the latest news and developments about hospital programs and services, as well as stories about our donors and volunteers.

Foresight is a financial and charitable planning guide offered by the Foundation as a service to its friends in the community.

Angel Notes is a publication for members of Angels for Children at Huntsville Hospital , a volunteer organization with a mission to support children's services at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children.

The Buoy is a publication for members of Huntsville Hospital's employee giving club, The Lifesaver Club.

The Huntsville Hospital/Foundation Annual Report is published annually and mailed to donors who give $20 or more to the Foundation each year.
