Our first priority at Huntsville Hospital is always the health and safety of our patients, your families and our staff. We understand that the current environment has created unexpected challenges for all of us. Parking and Tram

  • Huntsville Hospital
    The visitor parking garage for Huntsville Hospital is located on Gallatin Street. Parking in the garage requires $2 to exit payable by credit card, debit card or a token. Token machines are located on each garage level as you enter the building. 
  • Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children
    Street-level parking is available at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children for patients and visitors. A limited number of metered parking spaces are also available for short visits (45 minutes or less). Additionally, a paid parking area is located on the west side of the building that requires $2 to exit payable by credit card, debit card or cash.
  • Tram
    An overhead tram system provides visitors with free transport between Huntsville Hospital, Plaza Resource Center, Heart Center, TOC and Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children.

Patients

Bring insurance card(s), driver's license, a list of all current medications, personal toiletries and night clothes for overnight stays. Do not bring valuables, jewelry or excessive cash with you. If absolutely necessary, valuables may be stored for safe keeping. The Hospital is not responsible for any personal property kept in your room, including eyeglasses, dentures and clothing.

Our Staff

During your stay, you will come in contact with physicians, nurses and other members of our team such as dietitians, physical therapists and lab technologists. Each staff member should be identified with a hospital badge.


Dining/Food Services

Grab N Go Convenience Stores

Our convenience stores offer snacks, beverages and miscellaneous items. You can even enjoy a cup of fresh coffee brewed with Starbucks coffee beans. Hours vary by location.

  • Huntsville Hospital: Ground floor, near main lobby
  • Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children: Basement level
  • Governors Medical Tower: Second floor

Huntsville Hospital Cafeteria

First floor; Table dining is available inside and on the patio.

Open daily: 6 - 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Twickenham Square

Huntsville Hospital is connected to the Twickenham Square development by a walking bridge located off of the Surgery Waiting on the first floor. Twickenham Square offers a variety of dining options as well as a Publix Super Market.

Huntsville Hospital Orthopedic & Spine Tower

Huntsville Hospital is connected by a bridge to the HH Orthopedic & Spine Tower which features a Panera Bread on the ground level.

All of Huntsville Hospital's facilities and properties are tobacco and electronic cigarette/vape free for the safety and comfort of our patients, visitors and staff.
