With three locations of the region's premier health and wellness program, maintaining your health has never been easier. The Wellness Centers are staffed with exercise physiologists, personal trainers and dietitians waiting to assist you. We believe the best way to choose a fitness center is to personally experience it. You are invited to a free 7-day trial membership at any of our centers. Come and experience a healthier you.

- Monday - Thursday 5 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
- Friday 5 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Saturday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Sunday 1 - 5 p.m.
