This is a chair-based class to improve posture, flexibility, strength and balance. Exercises can be done sitting or standing. Light endurance and strength training help improve posture, while stepping and postural drills help restore balance and confidence. All ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend.

Different than yoga or static stretching, Dynamic Stretching uses momentum and active muscular effort to stretch the body through a safe range of motion. Low-impact alternatives will be provided for participants who prefer to avoid the higher-impact exercise versions. Some static stretching will also be incorporated into the class to complete a full body stretching routine. Prepare to leave this class loose and limber.
ESP (Endurance, Strength, Power)
A well balanced, progressive training program that brings systematic strength training into a group fitness classes. Class format changes monthly, alternating focus between endurance, strength and power training. This class takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Cardio class based on max interval training. This 50 minute class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training. No equipment or weights needed. All fitness levels are welcome to attend.

This is a fun and challenging class designed for seniors. The class is a circuit format which includes strength training and cardiovascular segments with motivating music. A chair is used for standing support.
Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

This is a 20-25 minute class teaching the basics of step and all the moves you will need to know in order to move on to more advanced step classes.

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music with dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
