Prepared Childbirth
In a four-week course, you will learn about all aspects of having a baby - the stages of labor and birth, the different types of anesthesia, and breathing and relaxation techniques - so you can better make decisions regarding your birth experience. A tour of the maternity facilities at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children is included as part of the Prepared Childbirth Class. Madison and Saturday classes are also available.
Cost: $75
Class Schedule 2008
- Four-week course: Mondays and Tuesdays, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
- Four-week course: Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
- Two-week course: Saturdays, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m./One-hour break for lunch
Class Schedule 2009
- Five-week course: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
