This is a licensed program that prepares you for a multiple pregnancy, birth, and life ahead with twins or more. Learn about healthy pregnant lifestyles as well as the physical and emotional challenges of multiple pregnancy. Be prepared for the many variances in labor, delivery, and recovery through knowledge and confidence in the multiple birth process.
