This two-week course is designed for parents who have previously taken Prepared Childbirth Classes. The course reviews labor and birth, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. A tour of the maternity facilities at Huntsville Hospital for Women and Children is included as part of the class. Also appropriate for parents choosing VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean.)
