Do you offer COVID-19 antibody testing?
Yes, the Huntsville Hospital Laboratory offers antibody testing to determine if you have been exposed to or infected with COVID-19.
Our easy, fast and accurate antibody test received Emergency Use Authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in May 2020. Will patients be required to wear a mask?
Yes, all patients are required to either wear a personal mask or one provided by Huntsville Hospital Laboratory.
When is it okay for patients to provide laboratory samples during or following an illness?

What screening procedures are in place?
Patients will be required to have a temperature check and a wellness questionnaire completed. If the patient fails the wellness questionnaire, we will refer patients back to the ordering physician and/or suggest the patient visit the Fever & Flu Clinic at 120 Governors Drive, Huntsville, AL. 35801.
What is being done to keep patients safe?
Huntsville Hospital Laboratory has a curbside check-in system in place and is offering pre-scheduled appointments to control patient traffic. In addition, all laboratory staff must have their temperature checked daily before work.
