Karen P. Rudolph, MD
Marco Cioppi, MD
Dr. Cioppi earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Texas Tech University HSC El Paso and his vascular surgery fellowship at Louisiana State University.
Andrew W. Knott, MD
Dr. Knott received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. His general surgery residency was at the University of Cincinatti with vascular fellowship training following at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Karen P. Rudolph, MD
Dr. Rudolph earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at the University of Louisville and went on to complete a vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Florida.
Benjamin D. Shepherd, MD
Dr. Shepherd graduated from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. He completed both his residency and fellowship training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
M. Burress Welborn, III, MD, FACS
Dr. Welborn completed medical school at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He later completed both his general surgery training and vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Florida.

Office visits are by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled by contacting the clinic at (256) 265-7480. Be prepared to provide:
- Current insurance information
- Mailing address
- Daytime/evening/cell phone numbers
On the day of your appointment, please allow time for registration. In addition, please bring the following items to your appointment:
- Current insurance card and photo identification
- Current medications or a complete list of medicines with doses, including all over-the-counter medications, herbs and vitamins
- Method of payment
- Completed new patient packet
Canceling appointments
To cancel an appointment, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance. This is an important courtesy to others waiting to schedule an appointment.
