Adaptive Yoga

Adapting traditional yoga poses to enhance your energy, build strength and increase flexibility with seated and standing postures. Enjoy the benefits of a flow yoga class without getting on your hands and knees. Take time out to relax, unwind and release tension from your busy day. No floor work is required and shoes are entirely optional.

Aqua Cardio Circuit

This water fitness class is equipment oriented to blend the best of both worlds; cardio and strength. This class consists of cycles of segmented cardio phases separated by various types of resistance stations using two or more pieces of aquatic equipment. Great for endurance and overall fitness improvement. Intermediate to Advanced

Balance class

This is a chair-based class to improve posture, flexibility, strength and balance. Exercises can be done sitting or standing. Light endurance and strength training help improve posture, while stepping and postural drills help restore balance and confidence. All ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend.


A high energy, non-impact workout designed to work every muscle in your body. It combines the elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga. This total body experience creates long, lean muscle mass. This class helps build flexibility, strength, balance and core muscles.


A barbell class with great music and awesome instructors to give you the results you desire - burning up to 600 calories per class. Classes are updated regularly to keep workouts exciting and fresh.

Body Works

A great overall body sculpting class utilizing weights, exercise tubes, exercise balls, and your own body weight to tone muscles and increase balance and flexibility.

Cardio circuit

Circuit workout, alternating between basic step and/or other cardiovascular exercises and resistance moves.

Club cardio

A variety of music styles keeps you moving throughout your workout in this class. It will shape and tone your entire body, while giving you a good cardio workout as well.


This class incorporates cycling and sports psychology to bring aerobic and anaerobic training to a whole new level. Please call to reserve your bike within 48 hours of class.


DASH is a unique spin on high-intensity interval training, using the power of pedaling to push your cardiovascular fitness and calorie burn to new heights. This 30-minute workout uses an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits.

ESP (Endurance, Strength, Power)

A well balanced, progressive training program that brings systematic strength training into a group fitness classes. Class format changes monthly, alternating focus between endurance, strength and power training. Participants utilize the bar bell system and free weights along with great music with rhythmic formulas. Please call for a reservation within 48 hours of class.

Flow Yoga

This class is a dynamic form of yoga connecting breath to movement. Participants flow between poses and may hold a pose for a while. Some yoga experience is recommended.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HITT)

HITT features challenging, athletic style drills that include cardio, strength training, plyometrics and core work. This class has something for everyone and is guaranteed to increase your heart rate. Modifications are offered for lower intensity drills.


A no impact form of body conditioning designed to improve posture and correct muscular imbalances. This mind/body system of exercise elongates and strengthens the muscles resulting in a stronger, more flexible body without the bulk.


A fusion of powerful Pilates and yoga-inspired moves with an amped up pace, for serious fat burning cardio, strengthening and lengthening - all in one! Now you can get the intense core strengthening and lean muscle development of Pilates, the complete body sculpting and stretching benefits of yoga, and the heavy-duty incineration of cardio, with one low impact, high-intensity program.


This One Stop Body Shock® is a fitness program that encompasses all aspects of physical fitness. R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym that stands for: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. The workout changes every 6-9 minutes allowing every muscle group to get a quick yet effective workout. R.I.P.P.E.D. is designed for all fitness levels, allowing a gym novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense full body workout. 50 minutes.


Beginner class that includes resistance training. All fitness levels are welcome.

Senior Swagger

This is a fun and challenging class designed for seniors. The class is a circuit format which includes strength training and cardiovascular segments with motivating music. A chair is used for standing support.

Shake That Fit ™

Shake That Fit ™ is owned, created, and trademarked by Mira, a certified group fitness instructor. This class encompasses an eclectic genre of music and dance, ranging from pop, hip-hop, reggae, Latin, R&B, country, old school, and choreographed to burn up to 1000 calories per class.

Silver Sneakers®

Classic: Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Circuit: Higher intensity that Classic including cardiovascular segments

SilverSneakers® YogaStretch

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion.

Smooth Groovin'

This low-impact/high-intensity dance fitness class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Smooth Groovin' incorporates salsa, cumbia and cha cha dance moves (just to name a few), and light weights for a cardio and toning workout.

Step 101

This is a 20-25 minute class teaching the basics of step and all the moves you will need to know in order to move on to more advanced step classes.

Step Express

A 30-minute step class that will get your heart pumping while you build on what you learned in Step 101. Designed for Beginner/Intermediate steppers - but a great, quick workout for anyone! Cardio ... done!

Step It Up

Cardio step workout consisting of intermediate/advanced choreography combined with abdominal work and stretching.

Improve your flexibility, relax and get your day off to a good start. This class consists of 50 minutes of stretching exercises followed by 10 minutes of relaxation.

STRONG by Zumba™

STRONG by Zumba™ is a high-intensity interval training class which uses more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic and conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.


WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout class based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.

WERQ® is a high-intensity non-stop heart-strengthening sweaty all-out cardio. WERQ is designed to challenge participants physically. This is WERQ Fitness.


This class offers yoga postures for flexibility, strength, endurance and balance, and is designed for all fitness levels.


Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music with dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Zumba Gold

This class takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
