Appointments are preferred at all Patient Service Center locations. Click "schedule appointment" for the location of your choice below. Walk-ins are welcome at most locations, but wait times may vary. Please bring your physician order (your physician's office will provide this for you) and insurance cards.
Important Note: Huntsville Hospital remains an in-network, preferred provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, including our laboratory services. Recent BCBSAL communications do not affect this status.
