If you are scheduled to have surgery at Huntsville Hospital, please review all materials in the Huntsville Hospital Surgery Folder given to you by your surgeon.

Visiting the Pre-Admission Center in Preparation for Your Procedure
Call (256) 265-9999 or (800) 510-0736 to schedule your Huntsville Hospital Pre-Admission appointment at one of our two locations, unless instructed differently by your physician. During this appointment, you will complete the appropriate pre-surgery testing.

• Huntsville Hospital
  Drive to the hospital’s front entrance on Gallatin Street and proceed to the covered patient drop-off area. After dropping off patient, turn right out of the driveway and then make another right into the visitor parking garage. Keep your parking ticket stub with you. Upon entering the hospital, please check in at one of the visitor kiosks on the ground floor. After scanning your ID and receiving your visitor pass, take the elevator by Admitting to the 1st floor Surgery Waiting Area and see the receptionist. Before leaving the hospital, be sure to check out at a visitor kiosk on the ground floor and use the ticket machine by the garage elevators to pay your parking fee.
• Huntsville Hospital Orthopedic & Spine Tower
  From Gallatin Street, turn onto Sivley Road and use the driveway at the tower entrance. After dropping off patient at the revolving door, turn right out of the driveway and make another right into the parking deck. At the gate, deposit $2 parking fee (cash or credit card accepted). If the machine will not take your payment, press CALL button. Upon entering the tower, take elevators to the lobby and walk toward the revolving door. Check in at the visitor kiosk and scan your ID to receive a visitor pass, then proceed to the registration desk. A clerk will escort you and the patient to the Surgery Department. Before leaving the tower, be sure to check out at the visitor kiosk.
• Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children
  Enter from Governors Drive or California Street and proceed to the covered patient drop-off area at the front door. If you cannot find free surface parking after dropping off the patient, there is a gated lot on the west side of the hospital where you can park for $2. Upon entering the hospital, check in at the visitor kiosk and scan your ID to receive a visitor pass. Labor & Delivery patients should report directly to the 2nd floor; all other patients should check in with Admitting (after coming through the front door, go to the left). Visitors, please remember to check out at the kiosk before leaving the hospital.
• Governors Medical Tower
  Enter the parking garage from Gallatin Street and report to the Outpatient Surgery Center on the 2nd floor. Before leaving, be sure to purchase a $2 parking token from a dispenser located near the elevators (cash or credit card accepted).
• Madison Hospital
  Park in front of the hospital and go to the main entrance. Guests are required to check in at the visitor kiosk and scan their photo ID to receive a visitor pass. Take the lobby elevator to the 2nd floor, go to the left and report to the Surgery Waiting Room desk. Visitors, please remember to check out at the kiosk before leaving the hospital.
